Python Book Design
This is my first ever book cover design called Beginning Python Programming by Matt Harrison. I wanted to design a book that felt "beginner" and stood out from the other beginner books about Python. I felt the color green represented this the best. Matt and I actually talked about the title a lot. It used to be Treading on Python and that didn't quite resonate beginner to us. Typeface: Gotham Narrow.
I also worked on possible subsequent book designs to make sure it worked as a series. Here are the designs below:
